Shipping FAQs

• Which provinces do you ship to?▾

  We ship across all of mainland Spain via TIPSA. For now we do NOT ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Mainland coverage is complete: any postcode within the mainland ranges.

• How long does shipping take?▾

  Levante (Valencia, Murcia, Alicante, Castellón) and Catalonia: 24–48 h. Centre and South (Madrid, eastern Andalusia, Aragon): 24–48 h. Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria and western Andalusia: 48–72 h.

• How much does shipping cost?▾

  It is calculated automatically in the cart based on weight and postcode. A typical 5–10 kg order: between 6 and 15 €. On large orders the cost per kg is lower.

• Do you ship chemical products?▾

  Yes. Chlorine, acid, algaecides and similar products are shipped in their original container with rigid packaging and the regulation absorbent required for classified goods. We have been shipping chemical products across Spain since 2020 without incident.

• Is there a minimum order?▾

  No. We accept orders from a single product. Shipping costs may make small orders less worthwhile, but there is no formal minimum.
