Descalers and cleaners for pools
Products to remove stains and deposits in pools: limescale on the waterline, rust on tiling, greenish copper stains, and cleaning for salt-electrolysis cells. Each type of stain has its own product — an acid descaler for limescale, a metal sequestrant for rust, an alkaline cleaner for grease. Identify the type of stain first, then use the right product.

Preguntas frecuentes
Which descaler should I use for limescale?▾
A waterline descaling cleaner based on phosphoric acid. Apply it with a sponge directly onto the stain (with the pool partly drained or in an accessible area), rub gently and rinse.
How do I clean the salt cell?▾
With a descaler made specifically for electrolysis cells. Soak the cell in a solution of 1 part descaler to 5–10 parts water for 15–30 minutes. Rinse with clean water before refitting it.
Can stains be removed without draining the pool?▾
Yes, in 90% of cases. Only when the stain is structural (cracked tiling, damaged gelcoat) do you need professional work or a partial drain.
