pH reducer: liquid or granular?▾
Liquid (a diluted hydrochloric-acid base) is faster and cheaper but needs care. Granular (sodium bisulphate) is more convenient and safer. For home use we recommend granular.
How do I lower my pool's pH?▾
As a rule of thumb: 1 L of liquid reducer lowers the pH by about 0.2 in 50 m³. Add half the calculated dose first, wait 4–6 h with the pump running, and measure again before adding more.
